The Role

We're looking for an SEO Specialist with genuine depth in both on-page and technical SEO — someone who takes real ownership of client outcomes and is excited about where AI is taking search.

You’ll own SEO strategy and execution across a premium portfolio of clients, working closely with our in-house content, creative, and technical engineering teams to drive organic performance that compounds over time.

AI is transforming search faster than any update Google has ever shipped. We want someone who's already thinking about how generative search, AI Overviews, and SGE are reshaping visibility — or who has the curiosity to get ahead of it quickly. We'll back you either way.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and drive remediation across client sites
- Own on-page optimisation — content architecture, meta strategy, heading hierarchy, and internal linking
- Monitor site health continuously and flag issues before they become problems
- Build keyword and content strategies informed by genuine search intent analysis
- Manage domain authority growth through smart link acquisition and digital PR thinking
- Integrate AI tools into your SEO workflow — content briefing, keyword clustering, competitor analysis, and reporting
- Stay sharp on AI Overviews, SGE,



and how generative search is reshaping organic visibility
- Collaborate with our in-house copywriters, designers, and technical engineering team on SEO-informed work
- Set up and manage reporting across GA4, Google Search Console, and rank tracking platforms
- Report on performance with clear, client-ready insights and actionable recommendations

About You

- 3+ years in a dedicated SEO role, preferably within an agency
- Hands‑on experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, structured data, and technical site architecture
- Proven ability to build and execute keyword and content strategies that drive measurable organic growth
- Experience identifying off‑page opportunities and building backlink strategies that actually work
- Awareness of — and ideally hands‑on experience with — AI tools for SEO: content generation, briefing tools, automation, or AI‑powered analytics
- If AI tools aren't yet part of your workflow, you're genuinely curious and quick to learn — we'll invest in building that with you
- Clear communicator who can translate technical SEO findings into plain‑language client recommendations
- Agency experience preferred — you know how to manage multiple clients and competing priorities

Bonus Points

- Experience with international or multilingual SEO
- Familiarity with log file analysis and advanced crawl diagnostics
- Experience optimising for AI‑generated search features, featured snippets, or voice search
- An understanding of content strategy — you can brief a writer as confidently as you can audit a site
