- Proven experience delivering digital consulting, business analysis or project delivery services within a software, technology or digital agency environment
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops and documenting business solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working collaboratively with developers, project managers and customer stakeholders
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development

Nice to have

- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ecommerce solutions
- Experience with API-based integrations
- Exposure to ERP platforms, including Pronto Xi
- Experience with Pronto Xi Avenue CMS
- Digital agency or consulting experience
