CIP Constructions is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support site operations on our commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and help the delivery team meet programme and quality targets while upholding safety standards.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive day-to-day on-site activities, monitor works against specifications, and foster a cooperative, quality-focused culture across the project team.
