Senior Mechanical Services Engineer HVAC 120,000–170,000 Super Melbourne

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established multidisciplinary Building Services Engineering consultancy with offices in Melbourne and Adelaide. They deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering solutions across a diverse range of building projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Mechanical Services Engineer to take ownership of mechanical design and project delivery, with a genuine pathway toward becoming a Mechanical Discipline Lead.

They offer an excellent salary package of 120K–170K Super profit share hybrid working and robust long-term career development.

Responsibilitiesn

n
- Lead mechanical and HVAC design across building services projects
n
- Deliver designs from concept through to detailed documentation
n
- Undertake engineering calculations and spatial coordination
n
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
n
- Attend project meetings and site inspections
n
- Support construction-stage delivery and resolve technical issues




n
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers
n
- Take increasing ownership of mechanical discipline delivery
n

Experiencen n
- Senior-level Mechanical Building Services / HVAC experience
n
- Strong consulting and design experience
n
- Ability to deliver mechanical designs from concept through to completion
n
- Experience across multiple building sectors
n
- Strong engineering calculations and documentation skills
n
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
- Previous Tier 1 or Tier 2 consultancy experience preferred
n

Salaryn

They offer an excellent salary package: 120,000–170,000 Super profit share.

Locationn

Melbourne, Australia (1 day WFH, predominantly office-based)
