We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team building modern, scalable products that make a real impact.

Base pay range

n

A$115,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

n

n
- Designing and delivering full-stack web applications that are secure, performant and built for scale.
n
- Building clean, intuitive frontend experiences using up-to-date frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
n
- Developing backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI) or comparable frameworks.
n
- Designing, maintaining, and optimising relational database structures (primarily PostgreSQL).
n
- Using AI development tools to accelerate coding, documentation, testing, and workflow efficiency.

What You'll Bring

n

n




- 7+ years of commercial engineering experience building production‐grade software.
n
- Practical experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, OpenAI assistants, etc.)
n
- Experience on the Backend using Python
n
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database management with PostgreSQL.
n
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or similar containerisation tools.
n

Melbourne-based role | Hybrid | 3 days per week in the office.

n

$116,000 – $130,000 + Super
