We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, grow and inspire our sales function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.

You’ll work closely with the managing directors to align sales performance with broader business objectives, while remaining hands-on in key negotiations and market expansion.

Role and Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to company growth goals
n
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets
n
- Drive new business development while nurturing and expanding key accounts
n
- Forecast sales performance,



manage budgets, and report to managing directors
n
- Identify new market opportunities, channels and partnerships
n
- Collaborate with Marketing & production optimise outcomes
n
- Establish and refine sales processes, KPIs and CRM reporting
n
- Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings
n

Desired Skills and Experiencen n
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar)
n
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams
n
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
n
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
- Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capability
