We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician / Racking Compliance Auditor to join our growing Australian team.

This is a diverse role that combines technical maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, and racking compliance inspections. You'll spend your time working directly with customers across a range of warehouse environments, ensuring their storage systems and equipment remain safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Service & Maintenance

- Carry out preventative maintenance and service visits at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Perform repairs, equipment inspections, and component replacements.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support when required.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage spare parts and service inventory.

Racking Compliance & Safety Audits

- Conduct inspections of pallet racking and warehouse storage systems.
- Identify damage, safety risks, and compliance issues.
- Prepare professional audit reports with recommendations and corrective actions.
- Ensure inspections align with Australian Standards, including AS4084.
- Help customers understand compliance requirements and best practices.

Customer Support

- Build strong relationships with customers and site teams.
- Clearly communicate technical findings and recommendations.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

You May Have Experience As a

- Field Service Technician
- Maintenance Technician
- Mechanical Technician
- Industrial Electrician
- Racking Inspector
- Warehouse Equipment Technician
- Automation Service Technician

Ideally, You'll Bring

- Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
- Electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience working in warehouse, industrial, automation, or storage environments.
- Knowledge of pallet racking systems and warehouse safety practices.
- Solid attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence.

Bonus Points For

- Experience with AS4084 or racking compliance inspections.
- Forklift licence.
- Exposure to AutoCAD or technical drawings.
- Experience preparing RAMS or working within structured HSE environments.
