KPay Group is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to support merchant activation across Australia. You will report to the AU General Manager and work with Business Development, Compliance, and HQ Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, gathering KYC docs and resolving issues.

This high-volume, merchant-facing role requires detail-orientation, organization, and proactive communication with merchants, including occasional in-person visits.
