3 DAY IHC EDUCATOR - ECEC (15809) MORNINGTON

3 days per week with a child aged 2.5 years

Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

This family would like:

- We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing educator to provide high-quality care for a child aged 24 months.
n
- The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters development through play-based learning.
n
- Provide attentive and responsive care tailored to the needs of a toddler.
n
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, with a focus on the child's emerging interests.
n
- Incorporate a variety of experiences such as open-ended play, arts and crafts, imaginative play, music, movement, and literacy-based activities.
n
- Encourage outdoor exploration, including time at the park, trike riding, and nature-based play.
n
- Support the development of language and communication skills through interactive and intentional engagement.
n




- Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting.
n
- A robust understanding of child development and play-based learning approaches.
n
- Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families.
n

DRIVING NOT REQUIRED

You must:

n

- - Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
n
- - Provide at least 3 references.
n
- - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid
n
- - Have a car & driver's licence
n
- - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
n
- - Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
