What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Unload trucks, skip bins, and trailers safely and efficiently.
n
- Operate plant and equipment, including forklifts, material handlers, loaders, and excavators
n
- Grade, sort, and manage ferrous and non-ferrous metals to meet operational and quality requirements.
n
- Assist with receiving, processing, and dispatching materials.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace.
n
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational procedures.
n
- Identify and report hazards,



incidents, and unsafe conditions.
n
- Assist with general yard duties and other operational tasks as required.
n
- Provide outstanding customer service to drivers, customers,

What you'll bring:

n

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
n
- Flexibility and willingness to assist across various operational areas.
n
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
n
- Knowledge of metal grading and recycling processes would be an advantage.
n
- Experience operating heavy mobile plant and equipment including excavators and material handlers.
n
- Background in the recycling is an advantage.
