We run an in‐house call centre in Ormeau (no outsourcing, no work-from-home chaos) and we're building a tight, high-performing team of Appointment Setters who actually get rewarded for the value they create.

The Role: Solar Appointment Setter (Full Time, In‐House Only)

n

You will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have shown interest in going solar. Your job is easy:

n

- Call warm leads from our marketing campaigns (no door knocking)
n
- Ask a few key questions to understand their situation
n
- Book qualified appointments for our in‐home sales team
n
- Hit daily / weekly targets and get paid very well for doing it
n

You'll be working from our Ormeau office alongside a supportive crew, with live training and feedback to help you win.

- Uncapped commission on top – high performers can realistically earn $100k+ OTE

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

n

n
- Calling warm leads generated from our ads and partners
n
- Following a proven script to qualify interest and suitability
n
- Handling basic objections and booking in‐home appointments
n
- Updating our CRM accurately after every call
n
- Hitting and exceeding daily / weekly KPIs for calls and sets
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Previous experience in call centre / sales / appointment setting (solar highly regarded but not required)
n
- Clear, confident phone manner and robust English
n
- Competitive and target-driven – you like seeing your name at the top of the board
n
- Coachable: you're happy to roleplay, get feedback, and improve every week
n
- Reliable: you show up on time, every time, and do what you said you'd do
