We're looking for vibrant, energetic and confident people to join our busy team at Thurgoona Bakery.

SUPERVISOR

n

11:00am-6:30pm | 3-4 days per week. Predominately Monday - Friday.

n

We're looking for a vibrant and confident leader to take ownership of our afternoon shift.

n

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and simply oversee the team. We want someone who is present, engaging and hands-on - someone who can lead from the front, create a excellent atmosphere and keep the team moving.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, motivating and supporting the team
n
- Creating a welcoming and energetic customer experience
n
- Keeping staff organised and productive
n
- Managing the afternoon workflow
n
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards
n
- Taking initiative and confidently making decisions
n

n

Working with the wider team on promotions, new ideas and ways to drive sales

n

Identifying opportunities within the bakery and being proactive in making the most of them

n





Encouraging the team to promote products, upsell and engage with customers

n

Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, cafés or a similar environment is highly regarded.

n

8:00am-4:00pm | 4-5 days per week, Predominately Monday - Friday.

n

For this role, personality matters.

We're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, outgoing and engaging. You'll enjoy chatting with customers, working as part of a busy team and bringing good energy to the workplace.

- Providing friendly and engaging customer service

- Serving bakery products

- Restocking and maintaining displays

- Cleaning and general bakery duties
n
- Supporting promotions and actively talking to customers about our products

- Jumping in wherever the team needs you
