Job Description

World Wide Technology is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to bridge the offshore design and the Australian/NZ data centre floor. You will perform hands-on rack‐and‐stack tasks, validate cabling and BMC/IPMI networks, and ensure AI factory deployments run to specification.

You will work across NVIDIA SuperPOD, BasePOD and Cisco AI Factory assets, serving as the on‐the‐ground primary for L1/L2 execution, RMA coordination and in office validation before commissioning.
