VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our business in Melbourne. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making, identify trends, and improve operational performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
n
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business operations.
n
- Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
n
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
n
- Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven insights.
n
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of organisational data.
n




- Assist in developing and improving data collection processes and reporting systems.
n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to enhance business performance.
n
- Identify anomalies and data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.
n
- Support business planning and strategic decision-making through analytical reporting.
n

Essential Requirements

n

Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

n

- Relevant experience in a Data Analyst role (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
n
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
n
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
n

Remuneration: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Super Location: Unit 2, 480 Collins Street Melbourne Vic, 3000
