We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Crew Leader to lead our on-farm poultry operations across Southeast Queensland. About the Role
n
As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of poultry workers at farm sites. You'll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards.
This is a hands‐on role — you'll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading and motivating your crew on-site
n
- Operating and transporting forklifts between farms
n
- Liaising with farmers and internal teams
n
- Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance
n
- Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met
n
- Driving MR vehicles to and from sites
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- MR driver's licence (required)
n
- Forklift licence (required)
n
- Proven experience leading a team in a hands‐on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
n
- Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols
n
- (Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)
n
