We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team in a busy hospitality establishment. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast menu items to high standards, ensuring that all dishes are served promptly and meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized
n
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders as needed
n
- Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
n
- Assist with developing new menu items or specials as required
n
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
n

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or similar role is preferred
n
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution is an advantage
n
- Experience working in a qualified kitchen environment
n
- Availability for early morning shifts including weekends
