We're currently working with a busy civil contractor that's picking up more work across Sydney and is looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman.

n

This is a hands-on role where you'll be running day-to-day site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and making sure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.

n

The Role

n

n
- Manage day-to-day site activities
n
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineers
n
- Run toolbox talks and maintain site safety
n
- Keep projects moving to programme
n
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
n

n





What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor
n
- Strong background in civil construction
n
- Able to lead teams and communicate well on site
n
- Good understanding of WHS requirements
n
- Current driver's licence and relevant tickets
n

n
