Your job is to speak with homeowners who have already enquired online and determine whether a fibreglass pool is suitable for their home, expectations, and budget - before booking a consultation with a pool consultant.

n

This role requires judgment, consistency, and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day

n

Making 60+ outbound calls per day to warm leads

n

Speaking with homeowners who have actively requested information

n

Following a clear qualification framework (we train you thoroughly)

n

Block suitability and access

n

Timeline and motivation

n

General suitability for a fibreglass pool

n

Clearly explaining how Summertime Pools is different

n

Setting honest expectations with customers

n





Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team

n

Accurately updating notes and outcomes in HubSpot CRM

n

Working through follow-ups and existing enquiries

n

Who This Role Is For

n

You'll do well in this role if you:

Genuinely enjoy working on the phone all day

Are comfortable with high-volume call environments

Previous experience in a call centre, contact centre, or phone-based customer service role is highly regarded.
