Redsbaby, a premium Australian baby brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Acquisition) to lead in-house paid media. Based in Sydney with a hybrid work setup, you will own the end-to-end paid acquisition funnel and directly influence revenue outcomes.

You’ll oversee strategy across Meta and Google, manage budgets, test creatives, and iterate quickly in real-time. The role suits someone with hands-on experience in DTC/eCommerce and a bias for rapid, data-driven decision making.
