Bio-E Australia, is an Australian health and beauty supplement brand. Bio-E specialises in the development, manufacturing and marketing of premium enzyme products, health supplements and skincare products in Australia and overseas.

Here at Bio-E, we are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and competent junior Accounts Officer who can work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients and team.

n

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that include some of the following:

n

- Daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
n
- Assist with raising purchase orders with suppliers and sales order with customers
n
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team and manager
n
- Assist with stock management perform monthly stock rotation.
n
- Tax-related duties, including preparing documentation for BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and profit tax
n
- Assist in the annual financial audit by coordinating with external auditors
n




- Assist with management of fund cash flows
n
- Document maintenance and filling
n

n

Desired Skills & Experience

n

n
- Chinese speaker with adequate capability in verbal and writing English
n
- Must have be studying or have obtained a bachelor's in accounting/finance or similar. Prior experience in bookkeeping is highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to Xero or other accounting software would be advantageous.
n
- Experience in export sales role is a plus
n
- Experience in an Administrative role is a plus
n
- Must have robust communication skills, an excellent work ethic and can work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
