Role Overview

We are seeking a Management Tools Integration Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and transformation of enterprise management, monitoring and operational tooling platforms across large-scale Australian enterprises. This role is accountable for creating a unified operational ecosystem that enables visibility, proactive management, automation and service assurance across data centre, cloud, network, security, compute and storage environments.

Success in this role is measured through improved operational resilience, faster incident resolution, increased platform observability, reduced operational risk and improved service outcomes. Monitoring tools, management platforms and operational dashboards are viewed as business enablers rather than technology components, ensuring operational teams can effectively support critical business services.

You will own architecture outcomes across enterprise monitoring, management platform integration, identity services, event management, automation workflows and operational reporting capabilities. The role combines architecture leadership, technical governance and transformation delivery across complex multi-vendor environments.

Operate effectively across infrastructure, security, cloud, network and operations teams, establishing integration standards and ensuring operational tooling supports business continuity, service management and digital transformation objectives.

Authority model: This role holds delegated authority to define observability standards, operational integration patterns, monitoring frameworks and tooling governance practices that drive operational excellence and service reliability.

What You Will Do

1) Own Enterprise Observability Outcomes

- Establish a unified monitoring and management strategy across compute, storage, network, security, cloud and application environments.
- Define enterprise observability roadmaps that improve operational visibility and proactive issue detection.
- Ensure monitoring and management platforms align with business resilience and operational objectives.
- Create governance frameworks that enable consistent operational management across technology domains.

2) Lead Management Platform Integration Strategy

- Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise monitoring, management and operational support platforms.
- Establish integration patterns between infrastructure, security, cloud and ITSM ecosystems.




- Lead operational tooling transformation and modernisation initiatives.
- Drive standardisation, automation and simplification across enterprise management platforms.
- Ensure operational tooling supports both current-state operations and future transformation goals.

3) Strengthen Operational Resilience & Service Assurance

- Define monitoring, alerting and event management frameworks that improve service reliability.
- Ensure operational teams have actionable visibility into business-critical infrastructure and services.
- Drive proactive detection and remediation of infrastructure risks and operational issues.
- Establish reporting and dashboard capabilities that support executive decision‑making and operational governance.

4) Establish Identity, Security & Access Governance

- Define authentication, authorisation and access control strategies across monitoring and management platforms.
- Ensure Active Directory and identity services support secure integration across enterprise systems.
- Govern role‑based access models, identity federation and security integration patterns.
- Promote secure‑by‑design principles across operational tooling environments.

5) Lead Complex Operational Transformation Programs

- Support infrastructure modernisation, migration and operational transformation initiatives.
- Lead design workshops across infrastructure, cloud, security and operations teams.
- Coordinate integration activities across multiple technology vendors and business stakeholders.
- Ensure tooling platforms deliver measurable operational improvements while maintaining service stability.
