Aidacare Pty Ltd in Braybrook, Victoria, is seeking a Showroom Team Leader with an occupational therapy background to lead daily showroom operations, support on‑site staff, and demonstrate robust customer service. This full-time role reports to the Regional Retail Manager and runs Monday–Friday across a busy showroom.

You will drive sales, manage onboarding and performance, and ensure merchandising aligns with company standards while using your clinical knowledge to assist customers.
