At ALS, we encourage you to dream big.When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future.The roleALS Geochemistry has a newly created opportunity for a Site Governance Supervisor to join our Brisbane operations.Based at Stafford, you’ll be at the heart of our safety culture, working closely with Operations, HSE, and Quality teams to keep our people safe, our hazards managed, and our compliance on track.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about safety, loves working directly with people, and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on setting.Full training is provided in this role.The day to dayWhat you’ll be doing:Championing hazard reporting and driving a positive safety culture across the sitePartnering with the Stafford teams to implement solutions and close out hazard reportsConducting daily inspections and site walkthroughsSupporting employees with medical appointments and doctor visitsLeading risk assessment projects in collaboration with sectional leadersManaging monthly HSE playbooks with Operations and HSE teamsMaintaining the compliance tracker and HSE portalWhat we’re looking forEssentialA genuine passion for safety and peopleStrong attention to detail and a commitment to complianceThe ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels of the organisationA calm, organised, and common-sense approach to problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,
