Maryborough Community Aged Care is hiring a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant to support residents in our memory wing and deliver engaging lifestyle activities. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and teamwork within a friendly, purpose-driven not-for-profit workplace.

Experience in dementia care is highly regarded; Cert III in Ageing is required, with higher certificates or diplomas welcomed. A current driver's licence and First Aid/ CPR are essential.
