As a Commission-Only Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for building and managing your own client relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the sales process.

Skills & Experience

n

- Previous real estate sales experience (preferred but not essential for the right person)
n




- Current Victorian Estate Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
n
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital technology
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- A genuine passion for property and helping clients achieve outstanding outcomes

Your Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new listing opportunities

- Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations Actually correct:

- Build and maintain long‐term relationships with buyers and sellers
n
- Manage buyer enquiries, inspections and negotiations
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and database activity
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every transaction

- Represent the McGrath brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm
