Within the group, they have market leading practitioners providing blue-chip clients with services covering mergers and acquisitions (private and public), takeovers, equity capital markets, private equity, securities, restructuring and corporate governance.

Position Description

This leading corporate practice is looking for a talented public/regulated M&A; lawyer.

You will report into and be supervised by some of Australia's leading corporate practitioners whilst having exposure to the wider group.





On offer is the opportunity to work on the country's most high profile corporate transactions, including a range of takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and divestments.

Requirements

You will have 2 to 4 years' experience in corporate law from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.

In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.
