MacKellar Group is seeking a Leading Hand Diesel Fitter to provide day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team while remaining hands-on with servicing, diagnostics and repairs on heavy mobile mining equipment.

You will mentor fitters, coordinate planned maintenance and breakdowns, ensure safety and quality, and support fleet reliability on long-term projects with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane, camp accommodation and meals provided.
