Artistry Hair & Cosmetic Lounge is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our growing team. We are a premium salon known for delivering exceptional blonding, colour transformations, extensions, styling, and client experience.

About the Role – Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist

n

This role is ideal for a confident and experienced stylist who is passionate about:

n

- Blonde specialists, balayage, and advanced colouring techniques
n
- Cutting and styling
n
- Hair extensions
n
- Delivering high-end salon services and client consultations
n
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base
n

n

You will also support junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-focused salon culture.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform colour services (blondes, balayage, foils, toning, corrections)
n
- Deliver cutting and styling services
n
- Conduct professional client consultations and recommendations
n




- Maintain a high standard of salon presentation and hygiene
n
- Build solid client relationships and retention
n
- Mentor and support apprentices and junior stylists
n

n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Stylist
n
- Strong experience in:n n
- Blonde and colour work
n
- Cutting and styling
n
- Hair extensions (desirable)
n

n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
n
- Passion for hair, beauty, and client satisfaction
n
