Job Description

Yo-Chi Barangaroo in Sydney is seeking a dedicated venue leader to support the day-to-day operations of our flagship venue. You will drive sales, manage labour and COGS, and lead shifts with energy to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will coach and develop team members, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and oversee stock, rostering and admin duties while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
