Drive Operational Excellence Across Retail Network

Are you an operational powerhouse ready to make a difference? This high profile global fashion brand is looking for a subject matter expert to champion efficiency, consistency, and innovation across their Australian and New Zealand retail store network.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, in this role you will be the main point of contact for complex store issues, streamline processes, and lead key operational programs. You will coordinate with store teams and cross-functional partners and suppliers, optimise systems and ensure compliance standards are being adhered too.

What You Will Do:

- Solve store-level challenges, deliver clear communications, and support team development.
- Oversee and improve operational systems, tools, and compliance activities.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend impactful solutions.
- Lead operational readiness for store openings, refurbishments and strategic projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, operational spending, and reporting.




- Partner with the retail stores to ensure any systems outages are resolved and treat them as your main priority.

What You Will Bring:

- Advanced experience in retail operations and process improvement.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.

You will need to be adaptable, responsive and able to multi-task effectively. You will bring a proven background in doing a similar role within a retail business, will have a positive, easy-going going yet determined attitude enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business.
