A permanent full time role for Refrigeration Mechanics and AC Installers within a specialist organisation providing air conditioning and electrical products and services in the Fraser Coast Region, QLD. For Refrigeration Mechanics and AC Installers interested in working for a reputable company in the field of air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and electrical systems.

Your normal day includes the following duties.

n

n
- Use blueprints or design specifications to install or repair HVACR systems
n
- Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components
n
- Install electrical wiring and controls and test for their proper operation
n
- Inspect and maintain HVACR systems
n
- Repair or replace worn or defective parts
n
- Determine HVACR systems' energy use and make recommendations to improve their efficiency
n

You will need

n

n
- A valid trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or relevant field
n
- Strong background in working with commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
n
- Hold a current Refrigerant Handling License and possess up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and protocols
n
- Possess a sound understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and control mechanisms
n
- Experience with electronic control systems is highly desirable
n
- Problem-solving abilities, Communication Skills and Safety-consciousness
n
