Job Description
We are building our team for a major transport infrastructure project in Perth that will help shape the future of Western Australia's road network.
n
Delivered through an Alliance model, this complex civil infrastructure project includes major road, bridge, drainage, rail interface and traffic management works across a significant transport corridor. Following an initial CBD mobilisation phase, the project will transition to site South of the River.
n
You will help establish the commercial systems, processes and relationships that will support successful project delivery from the outset.

About the opportunity
n
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Contract Administrators who are looking to be part of a major infrastructure project from the very beginning.
n
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Manager and broader delivery team, you will play a key role in protecting the project's commercial position while managing subcontractor relationships, contract administration and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys working collaboratively in a high-performing Alliance environment and wants to contribute to one of WA's most significant transport infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Administer and manage subcontract and supplier contracts throughout delivery.
n
- Support commercial reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
n
- Assess and negotiate variations, claims and contractual entitlements.
n
- Work closely with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
n
- Mentor Contract Administrators and contribute to the development of the commercial team.
n
n
What will you bring?
n
n
- Experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on major civil infrastructure projects.
n
- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing subcontractor contracts, claims and variations.
n
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and commercial administration.
n
- Alliance project experience highly regarded.
n
- Experience across roads, bridges, rail or marine infrastructure will be highly regarded.
n
