Optus is seeking a Senior Manager, Scam Prevention to lead our anti-scam program in Australia. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and focuses on scalable, compliant solutions to detect, prevent and disrupt scam activity across networks.

You will embed prevention into core operations, work with Customer/Technology/Cyber teams, and act as the voice for customers on scam prevention. Leadership of a high-performing function is required.
