We have Showroom's based in Southbank, Thomastown and Nunawading, servicing existing customers and welcoming new customers on a daily basis.

About the Position

n

Our Southbank Showroom requires a Casual Sales / Administration Person for Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am - 530pm.

n

Extra days will be available when Staff are on leave.

n

Days will also be available at our Thomastown Showroom.

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

This position would suit someone who has experience in Retail Sales with an Interest in Home Furnishings.

n

Experience in General Administration Work, Database entry.

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

n
- Greeting customers on arrival with enthusiasm and readiness to help
n
- Spending time walking customers through the showroom and assisting them with their furniture purchase including furniture selection, material & color choice, sizing and floorplans when presented, quoting and producing Sales Orders
n




- Opening and closing of the showroom when required.
n
- Showroom and furniture maintenance. We pride ourselves in a clean and well presented showroom. You will be required to dust, vacuum, and generally clean.
n
- Answering incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls with a explicit and easy to understand voice.
n
- Inputting and processing entries in the Database.
n
- Dress and present yourself in a professional manner.
n
- Be punctual on the days you are rostered on.
n
- Be approachable for when customers require assistance.
n
