Red Coral Seafood is a busy seafood processing and distribution business based in Bayswater. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our team and maintain the high hygiene and food-safety standards required throughout our facility.

Red Coral Seafood is a busy seafood processing and distribution business based in Bayswater. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our team and maintain the high hygiene and food-safety standards required throughout our facility.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on cleaning position within a seafood processing environment. Your main responsibility will be ensuring our factory, processing areas, offices and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and ready for production.

n

Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Cleaning and washing down seafood processing areas
n
- Cleaning and sanitising machinery and production equipment
n
- High-pressure washing of floors,



walls and work areas
n
- Cleaning benches, drains, tubs and food-contact surfaces
n
- Correct use of cleaning chemicals and sanitising products
n
- Following cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
n
- Completing cleaning and sanitation records where required
n
- Maintaining a clean and protected working environment
n
- Following HACCP and food-safety procedures
n
- Working safely around machinery and production equipment
n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous industrial or food-processing cleaning experience is essential.

n

The successful applicant must:

n

n
- Have previous experience in industrial, factory or food-production cleaning
n
- Understand HACCP and food-safety procedures
n
- Understand cleaning and sanitising requirements in a food facility
n
- Be comfortable working in a wet and cold environment
n
- Be physically fit and capable of manual cleaning duties
n
- Have good attention to detail
n
- Be reliable and punctual for a 5:00 AM start
n
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Understand workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Have full Australian working rights
n

n

Experience cleaning seafood, meat, poultry or other food-processing facilities will be highly regarded.
