The Role

n

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to take full ownership of the direction, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of a Water and Environmental Technologies portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategic lifecycle of the portfolio, including pricing, product launches, and distribution throughout ANZ.
n
- Market Intelligence: Complete comprehensive competitive analysis to accurately position the portfolio and increase market share.
n
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure products are competitively positioned, well-supported, and aligned with both customer needs and corporate priorities.
n
- Customer Engagement: Spend 15-20% of your time in the field building strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
n
- Partnership Growth: Identify and onboard new supplier partners to expand the portfolio in line with high-growth objectives.
n
- Commercial Programs: Develop and execute commercial initiatives that drive long-term, sustainable growth in the market.

Your Skills and Experience

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific or business field.
n
- Experience: Prior product management experience in a similar or related technical field is highly desirable.

- Business Acumen: Solid strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights and AI-driven data into actionable business plans.
