Beerenberg is seeking an experienced HRC Manager to lead our on-floor cafe and retail operation. You’ll guide the team through busy services, model Beerenberg standards, and be the face of the venue on peak periods.
Working with the HRC Venue Manager, you’ll own rostering, labour, stock and flow of service, while maintaining compliance, safety and guest experience. RSA and Food Handling certificates are required, with Food Safety Supervisor certification a bonus.
