Senior/ Property Manager | No Weekends | Up to $100K package

We’re seeking an experienced Senior/Property Manager to join a highly-regarded and well established agency in the City of Merri-bek. This is an office-based role offering a supportive team environment, structured systems and a quality residential portfolio.

THE ROLE

- Manage a portfolio of up to 180 residential properties
- Leasing and in-house admin support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Utilise systems such as PropertyMe, IRE,



and Inspection Express

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Confident managing a portfolio end to end
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Personal car and drivers license

ON OFFER

- Salary - Up to $100,800 package
- Monday to Friday - No Weekends
