Job Description

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the technical direction across multiple squads and deliver long-term simplicity, reliability and security.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end, influence engineering standards, and mentor teams while modernising the Lending Platform stack including AWS and microservices.

This permanent, full time role is based in Melbourne with hybrid work options and opportunities to work with partner teams.
