You will lead the team on shift, coach staff, and ensure smooth operation of vehicle flow, customer service and sales. Training provided to help you achieve goals and potential, with a supportive culture and employee discounts.

Responsibilities include rostering, NPS/CSI targets, and participation in recruitment. A full driver's license is required with rotating rosters.
