We are currently seeking a Relief Building Manager to join our team and provide operational support across multiple residential buildings.

n

If you have experience in building management, facilities management or property operations, and enjoy problem solving and working independently, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities, Some of the key duties include (but are not limited to):

n

- Providing relief building management support across multiple residential buildings
n
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations and maintenance coordination of buildings
n
- Conducting general building inspections and reporting maintenance issues
n
- Performing basic handyman tasks where required
n
- Coordinating and managing service contractors and maintenance works
n
- Liaising with residents, owners, strata managers and service providers
n




- Monitoring cleaning and building presentation standards
n
- Ensuring WHS and building security procedures are followed
n

n

The successful applicant will:

n

n
- Have experience in building management, facilities management or a similar role (highly regarded)
n
- Be able to work independently and adapt quickly to different buildings
n
- Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Have a proactive and hands-on attitude
n
- Be reliable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to reliable transport
n
