Job Description

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in West Ryde/Meadowbank is seeking a customer services qualified to be the main point of contact for customers and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack, owning the customer experience and supporting some accounts receivable tasks.

You will process orders, follow up on invoices, conduct outbound calls to build relationships, and prepare weekly reports while coordinating with warehouses and couriers to resolve service and delivery issues.
