PAL Accounting & Advisory is seeking an experienced Manager to own a sizeable SME portfolio (approx. $600K fee base) and lead a small team in Geelong.

You will work directly with the Director as a genuine 2IC, gaining ownership, autonomy and a explicit path to partnership. With 10+ years in Australian public practice, you’ll advise on tax planning, structures, CGT and Division 7A, while managing WIP, billing and capacity.
