Senior Medical Officer – General Practice (Kangaroo Island)

Location: Kangaroo Island, South Australia – 45‑minute ferry from Cape Jarvis.

Salary: AUD 2400.00 per day.

Role Overview

- 24/7 anaesthetics on‑call coverage.
- Anaesthetic services for scheduled theatre lists at Kangaroo Island Health Service.
- Supervision and backup for GP registrars and emergency department on‑call doctors.
- Weekday GP clinic consulting.
- Rebooking clinic patients if emergency anaesthetic support is required.
