About the Trade
n
Solid plasterers apply plaster, cement and other mixtures to walls to create smooth or decorative finishes to interior walls and render exterior walls. This hands-on trade offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while developing valuable skills and qualifications.

About the Role
n
As an apprentice, you will learn all aspects of solid plastering, including:
n

- Surface preparation
n
- Mixing plaster, cement and rendering materials
n
- Applying render and decorative finishes
n
- Installing and repairing plaster surfaces
n
- Working safely with tools and equipment
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
n
- Assisting qualified tradespeople on residential and commercial projects
n
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to receive one-on-one training from an experienced tradesman, allowing you to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge,
and build confidence in the trade.

- Reliable and punctual attendance

- Physically fit and capable of manual work

- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred

Year 12 students and recent school leavers are encouraged to apply. We are happy to consider applicants who are completing Year 12 and looking to start a rewarding trade career.
