We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Delivery Staff member to join our Distribution Centre in Salisbury, QLD.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in both warehouse operations and delivery services, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in the logistics and food distribution industry. Pay Rate: From $29 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders

Perform stock control and inventory management activities

Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks

Work in chilled and frozen storage areas when required

Load products onto delivery vehicles

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Delivery Operations

Deliver products to customers using company vehicles (van or small truck)





Ensure accurate and timely deliveries

Verify orders and assist customers during the delivery process

Follow designated delivery schedules and routes

Support daily delivery operations as required

General Responsibilities

Assist with daily warehouse workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Comply with WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures

Adhere to food safety and quality standards

Perform other duties as directed by the company

Requirements

Valid and Open Australian Driver's Licence

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible driving

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic English communication skills

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Delivery driving experience

Forklift Licence (High Reach experience highly regarded)

HACCP or QAP accreditation
