Chef / Cold Larder - Aged Care/Retirement

Location:Lake Cathie Manor, Lake Cathie NSW
n Pay: $27.95/hr base + Super
n Roster: Part-Time |7:00am to 2:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cold Larder team member to join our kitchen team at Lake Cathie Manor in Lake Cathie NSW. You'll play an key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents, preparing fresh meals and supporting the smooth operation of our dining service.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare and serve cold larder items and assist with food preparation
n
- Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff
n
- Maintain stock levels and assist with kitchen organisation
n
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas remain clean and well-presented
n
- Wash dishes and support daily kitchen operations
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
n

About You

n
- Have previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or food service environment
n
- Have experience preparing and serving cold larder items
n
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
n
- Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
n




- Demonstrates excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
n
- Has strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
n
- Experience in an education setting is desirable but not essential
n
