Job Description

Transdev Sydney Ferries is seeking a Safety Health Workplace and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to drive strategic WHS programs and maintain safety certifications. You will lead risk-aware governance across NSW maritime operations and foster a proactive safety culture onboard vessels.

Based in Barangaroo with travel to Balmain Shipyard and Circular Quay, you will mentor staff, manage audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging digital tools and AI for efficiency.
