DOUGH BOSS PTY/LTD in Revesby Bankstown Roselands, Sydney, is seeking a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef to join our growing Lebanese bakery team.

We craft handcrafted pastries, laminated doughs, croissants, sweets and desserts and are looking for a candidate with a Certificate III in Patisserie or Retail Baking and several years of pastry experience, solid food safety, and leadership or collaboration with the head chef.
