Optimising ABilities Pty Ltd in Brisbane's eastern suburbs is seeking a proactive Disability Support Worker for one-to-one, in-home support with a participant who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and a PDA profile. The role focuses on person-centred care, safety, and building rapport to promote independence.

You will hold current First Aid and CPR, a valid NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue Card, and complete required NDIS modules.
